John earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has in excess of 30 years of experience as a senior executive in public accounting and in a number of industries.

John spent 18 years with Deloitte & Touché (Deloitte), nine of those years as a partner, including seven years as the partner-in-charge of the San Jose, California office. During his years with Deloitte he advised organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in many industries including health care, drug manufacturing, high technology, banking, agribusiness, manufacturing and media.

Prior to joining the firm, John's experience also included serving as the CFO of the Atari Games Corporation, an international company with $100 million in revenue. He also served as a business consultant and chief financial officer for a number of start-up venture organizations.

As a result of John's experience, he can provide individual and industry-wide counsel on tax policy, strategic business planning, mergers & acquisitions, employee benefit programs and accounting systems.
