Lee's years of experience in health care as a practicing dentist and during the last fifteen years as a health care executive offer health care clients numerous special skills. They include regulatory compliance, provider network development and management, contract negotiations, claims operations, utilization management, and business and policy development. Lee is intimately familiar with the California Department of Managed Health Care compliance and auditing requirements as well as compliance requirements involving privacy and HIPAA.

Prior to joining JG&A in 2002, Lee had his own independent consulting firm. From 1994 to 2001 he served as Vice President and Chief Dental Officer for PacifiCare Health Systems. During 1991 to 1993 he was Dental Director for the western region of Prudential Insurance Company, and from 1989 to 1991 he served as Director of Professional Education and Community Dental Centers for Safeguard Health.

Lee has authored several articles related to dental treatment and practice management. He has served as President and board member of the California Association of Dental Plans and board member of the National Association of Dental Plans. He is a member of the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, an advisory board member of the Institute for Healthcare Advancement, and a member of the American Association of Dental Consultants.
