Jay Grant & Associates assists its clients in the pursuit of
government programs with the Department of Homeland Security and
America’s Port Authorities through its Federal Marketing & Business
Development practice. The JG&A team provides this value-added
service in a number of ways, specifically: |
| |
- Identify and help develop significant business and marketing
opportunities with the Department of Homeland Security government
agencies. We are prepared to work jointly with your business development
and sales staff to support and enhance your existing relationships
and to ascertain new agencies to market to.
- Develop a Contact Call Plan (marketing strategy) and Content
Plan with your team targeting the key decision makers to obtain
contracts in the executive Departments and Agencies. The Contact
Plan will focus on the key decision-makers found in most government
agencies and departments: the buyers, the policy makers, and the
end users.
- Identify Department and or port authorities’ resources
and funding levels for key programs that correspond with your strategic
goals.
- Identify the appropriate strategic marketing channels through
which your product may be introduced to the federal market place.
This may include expanded relationships with the large systems
integrators, new associations and/or teaming with “niche” partners
currently selling to the Executive Branch. It may also include
new contacts and/or relations with major federal hardware and software
vendors, as well as expanded direct sales via third party representation,
targeted consultants, or “in house” resources.
- Build upon and develop new relationships with the policymaker,
end user, and buyer communities to ensure that your company has
positive name recognition throughout the Executive Branch departments
and agencies representing potential customer sets.
- Assist your team in expanding agency support and contacts on
Capitol Hill by establishing relationships with key Members of
Congress, congressional committees, and their staff in an effort
to develop business and create opportunities.
- Serve as your “eyes and ears” by providing you with
the most timely, accurate, and meaningful business intelligence/information
concerning evolving public policy developments, procurement regulations,
technology advances, and competitive activities that may impact
your business goals and objectives.
