Conflicts of Interest
The Firm represents other organization’s interests before Congress, federal agencies, the Administration, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and a number of state agencies. The Firm will bring to the attention of any potential conflict(s) of interest the Firm may feel it has when representing another organization’s interests.

Availability of Services
Jay Grant & Associates services [Firm] are available in most jurisdictions of the United States. The Firm in performing federal lobby services must fully disclose certain financial information when required by law and comply with certain special federal and state legal and ethical requirements as a result of this representation, including the Ethics Reform Act of 1989, and the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995. In addition some states, when performing in their jurisdiction, may require disclosure when performing services with state agencies, executive, or legislative branches of state government. In the event any legal services are preformed they shall be done so under the rules of the District of Columbia Bar.
